Mandos provides a platform enabling users to discover nightlife experiences, browse events, reserve tables, and access venue information (“Services”). Mandos does not own or operate the venues.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND MODIFICATIONS

By using the Services, you confirm your consent to these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

3. MOBILE DEVICE REQUIREMENTS

Carrier data and messaging charges may apply.

4. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

A. Eligibility

(i) You are at least eighteen (18) years old.
(ii) Your account has not been suspended.
(iii) You comply with applicable laws.

B. Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Mandos does not endorse third-party services.

6. USER CONDUCT

  • Unlawful activity
  • Impersonation
  • Harassment
  • Unauthorized access

7. VENUE POLICIES AND BOOKINGS

A. General

Venues listed on Mandos control their own entry rules, dress codes, age restrictions, and capacity limits. Mandos does not influence admission decisions.

B. Bookings

Bookings are final and non-refundable. No-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.

C. Ticket Purchases

Ticket cancellation and refund policies are governed by the ticket provider.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

A. Ownership

All materials on the App and Site, including logos, text, graphics, designs, and software, are owned by Mandos or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce content without prior written consent.

B. License to Use the Site

Mandos grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use.

C. License to Use the App

You are granted a limited, revocable license to download and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering or modification is prohibited.

9. APP STORE TERMS

  • These Terms are between you and Mandos.
  • App Stores are not responsible for support.
  • Mandos handles intellectual property claims.
  • App Stores may enforce these Terms.
  • You must comply with all App Store rules.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify Mandos from claims arising from misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Mandos disclaims all warranties including accuracy, fitness, and uninterrupted service.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

  • Mandos is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Liability is capped at HK$5,000 or the amount paid in the last 12 months.
  • Mandos is not responsible for venue decisions or event cancellations.
  • Participation in events carries inherent risks which you accept voluntarily.

13. TERMINATION

Mandos may suspend or terminate access at its discretion. Intellectual property, warranties, liability, and dispute provisions survive termination.

14. INTERNATIONAL ACCESS

Services may not be available outside Hong Kong. Users accessing from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and must comply with local laws.
